Moreover, ,I had acknowledged the fact that there were Azeris living in NK and surrounding-so called occupied territories- thus, in order to lessen the animosity , beligerancy on both side, to admit a few Azeri Deputies in the then aready formed NK parliament and allow Azeri refugees to return to Agdam and some fronter aeade as well as Armenians who had been driven out from Shahumian district to their homes thereat.

MY M A I N O B J E C T I V E was to drive home to us Armenians that we should realize that WE HAD ANOTHER MUCH MORE IMPORTANT ISSUE, yet to be resolved with Great Turkey.That of latter's acknowledgement of the Genocide perpetrated on us and lost territories. This last paragraph was not in the article written in said article by me. However, I add it now to it, because I and hefully we Armenians in general ought to realize that Great Turkey is at it too.They will not allow their little brother to outright give in and accept total independence (then) of NK.Very logically so , as then our claims for lst lands and properties ,plus of blood money from Great Turkey would pop up ...This is very apparet.Since our MAIN ISSUE, after re-Independence of Armenia proper IS THAT NOT ONLY FOR LATTER BUT ALL ARMENIDAD-ARMENITY.
PLEASE THINK OVER IT. IT IS NOT TOO LATE IF WE COME TO TERMS TO A SIMILAR FASHION DECLARING NK AS A FREE TRADE ZONE ,REST AS ABOVE DESCRIBED AND THUS APPEASING GREAAT TURKEY , THAT DOES NOT CONFORM WITH ANY ARMENIAN DEMANDS (AS YET) AND AWAIT NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN THEIR SO CALLED newly burgeoning ' CIVIL SOCIETIES"... ALSO THEIR BY AND BY HAVING TO FACE YET ANOTHER THICK PROBLEM .TAT OF A N AUTONOMOUS KURDISTAN F NOT A TOTALLY INDEPENDENT ONE.
