This scandalous evidence was given to us by a participant of the Karabakh war, a founder of the newly established organization ‘Sardarapat’, a French Diaspora Armenian, Sarkis Hatspanian. It Includes the facts and original information, with special audio and visual recordings, letters and discs (DVD in 5 copies), which are already in France, the Republic of Armenia, the liberated territories and in Javargk. Sarkis Hatspanian has given packages of the original information to eleven of his most trusted people, each of whom have the right to release it, should he be killed.

Question: Mr Hatspanian, you say you are in possession of very important facts, what are you referring to?

Answer: A few days ago I met with an associate who teaches in one of the European countries, a serious and competent war academic who specializes in security. The “Scenario” which I heard from him frightened me considerably, especially as it was based on very specific and indisputable facts, which exist within our state. I understood the seriousness of the danger this represents for us; “the feast they are about to put before us”.

According to my ‘friend’, in the nearest future there will be an attempt on the life of Serzh Sargsyan, and for that there are several ‘scenarios’. It could happen on one of his international trips; maybe an aviation catastrophe; or maybe a ‘Former Dashnak (new Nairi Hunanian – 2) could appear within his Presidential structure; or maybe a brave ‘Not a centimeter of land to our enemies’, as they say volunteer – a ‘Brave Fidau’.

According to my ‘friend’ there are two centers of power in the country; First, Robert Kocharian backed by the Dashnaks, together with the Civilitas Group (the new fund organized by Vardan Oskanian, under the protection of Robert Kocharian). Second, unbelievable as it may seem, those who are known as the ‘Classic Opposition’, disappointed ‘Former hot-headed Fidai’ who genuinely believe ‘Not a centimeter of land to our enemies’. For instance one of the tens of thousands of real patriots who stand with Jirai Syfilian could find an ‘Idealist’. My ‘friend’ believes the ground is being prepared for this last scenario, and it is because of today’s real danger I am now giving you this interview.

Question: According to your opinion, who could be behind that ‘Power Structure’, what are their intentions, and what is their plan?

Answer: Regarding the ‘Power Structure’, it seems to me it is necessary to apply to our highly respected President of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrossian. In that respect, he can answer better than me. But in any event, I will try to give you a few ideas. Firstly; who today in Armenia makes the decisions; does that institute exist in Armenia today? There is only one answer; Kocharian and a small group of people from the Dashnak Party who swear allegiance to Kocharian; those who are ready to do anything for the destruction of our state. Unfortunately it seems it is exactly that group which is the ‘Power Structure’.

Question: That is to say, according to you, Serzh Sargsyan is not involved in this?

Answer: After the 20th February 2008, Serzh Sargsyan has had practically no involvement in this, and unfortunately has never had an involvement. I can say more; after the disgraceful 19th February Presidential election, when according to the actual election result he lost to the legitimately elected Levon Ter-Petrossian; firstly on the 21st February, secondly on the 26th February, and thirdly at lunchtime on the 2nd March, seeing the unacceptable situation each time he wrote letters of resignation in his own hand and he tried to withdraw from the ‘Anti-Armenian Camp’ and leave to live in Russia. Then, the most prominent party of that ‘Power Structure’, Robert Kocharian, together with the aforementioned hierarchy from the Dashnaks (one of which is not an Armenian national, who has stolen billions of dollars from the people of Armenia, laundered outside the Republic and ‘legalized’ here through business investment. A specialist and consultant, and as it happens who yesterday arrived in Armenia with his ‘Anti-Nationalist Mission’) threatened Serzh Sargsyan and forced him to accept the situation as it was; they forced him to be a part of these criminal dealings. They threatened that if he did not comply, they would publicize the scandalous evidence they apparently have about Serzh Sargsyan, including one ‘amazing’ incident associated with Sachik, Serzh Sargsyan’s brother.

I am now making this scandalous announcement, and accept full responsibility for what I say, and assure you that Serzh Arzatovich Sargsyan did not have a 0,001 percent involvement in the events of the 1st / 2nd March in Yerevan, the killings of Armenians, and he can not accept any responsibility. Moreover, during the night of the 24th / 25th February 2008, two military divisions were brought from Artsagh to Armenia, and they stayed until the 14th / 15th April. There were ‘X’ amount (I have the exact numbers, the names, surnames, patronyms and other important data of the four military leaders responsible. But I can not reveal that information because of the importance of their mission). Also, personnel from the state structure, as they say ‘Special Forces’, were brought from there and sent out on the streets of Yerevan to hunt down people. Serzh Sargsyan had absolutely no involvement.

During those two days Serzh Sargsyan did not know what forces were on the streets, police or military; they all appeared on the streets in different clothing, to drown the people of Armenia in their own blood. Specifically, it was the two persons from the Dashnaks who gave the order to the Armenians, in the name of the Dashnak ‘Grey Wolves’. Serzh Sargsyan knew absolutely nothing about it. Imagine, after all of that, what kind of a President Serzh Sargsyan is and what kind of a President he could possibly be, and then reach your own conclusions. To conclude, I want to add one thing. The devilish act of terrorism that is being prepared against Serzh Sargsyan will be the second ‘27th October’ against the Armenian state. It is in order to finally bring the Armenia people to their knees at the hands of its enemies, through devilish plans prepared in a ‘strange and dark’ room.

And what power would want to do that, I have already said. And for what purpose they would want to do it, you can imagine.

Question: So what do you suggest?

The way out - ‘Sardarapat’.

Do not think that today the situation is any different to May 1918; I am convinced it is worse. Today our state is in a situation, which can be entirely described through the words of Shakespeare: ‘To Be or Not to Be’. And it is my sincere belief that to protect the life of Serzh Sargsyan is to protect the Armenian state. The entire nation, together hand in hand, must present Kocharian to the court at The Hague, for him to answer for his crimes against the nation. He must confess to all his crimes, one after another. The entire Armenian intelligencia must join forces in the spirit of ‘Sardarapat’, or for all my inexcusable faults which I have passed on through you to my people; they will shoot me in the back and kill me. Armenia will suffer capitulation to the ‘White Turks’, who will bury our little country of Armenia.

For four years I have been writing about how Armenia has been led into the disaster I see articulated for the first time in this article. For more than a year I have been stressing how the ‘Karabakh Clan’ has been taking over the Republic of Armenia, and how after finalization of the Minsk Group backed Karabakh resolution plan, there will be no way back for Armenia; the Karabakh clan will effectively ‘own’ Armenia, to do with as they please. Let us hope that Sarkis has more in his mind than a Kocharian bullet in his back.
