Armenian Media ‘Hot Line’

By the initiative of the Center of information and public relation of Armenia’s President Administration “Hot line” will be opened in Armenia. The service is aimed at searching disinformation and falsifications related to Armenians published on the Internet and in other open sources, as well as information on violation of the right to get reliable information.

Dissemination of invalid, biased, false data and disinformation, shaping of negative image of Armenia seriously dangers international prestige and authority of the Republic of Armenia and against the interests of the whole Armenianness.

The Center of information and public relation of the President’s Administration calls up to report about all cases of falsification and disinformation on the Internet to electronic address of the Hot line hotline@iprc.am.

Note that, according to this (state-backed) PanArmenian article, the Hot Line is not to be used for searching disinformation and falsifications related to statements made by Armenian state officials and published through the state-backed media.

This article will be my first contribution to the Center of information and public relation of the President’s Administration, to be followed by links to all my previous articles and all my future articles.

Forward Armenia!!
